pokemon.com (specifically: http://www.pokemon.com/us/news/videogames/?page=1 ) is the official site for all Pokemon events.
http://www.serebii.net/games/currentevents.shtml is also a good place to check as well.

If you check both sites you won't miss a thing. (:
