Can somebody help me with this notice?

It came out on the desktop every time I turn-on my laptop.
What is msikni32.dll file exactly? Virus/Spyware/Malware? Or a real system file?
And what can I do to fix this?

Might be you have download some software you need to remove them fro your CP. Or install fresh copy of window
