my phone is screwing up so bad. i got it in february. recently, its just been turning off without warning. sometimes when i receive a message, the screen goes completely black and only the buttons work. i have to turn it off and back on again. sometimes none of the buttons work, and only the screen works! and i have to take out the battery and turn it on that way. my calls drop all the time. every other time i make a phone call, i cant hear the other person. it sounds like their a mile away. and im also already used to this glitch, but whenever i send x amount of texts, it just stops sending and receiving messages until i turn it off and back on. also when i turn it back on i have to wait a minute for the messages to load, because it says 'initializing'. what is that? NO phone i know does that. i didnt even get it wet or drop it really bad that it would act this way. im very frustrated with it. this is my first phone and im trying to be patient, but i KNOW its not supposed to do this!
