Can someone explain to me the tensions in the middle east in terms or Arabs

and Persians, and Islam? I gather Arabs and Persians don't get on, so can someone explain to me who gets on with who in terms of countries and who doesnt? I know Persians done get on with the Saudis and the Pakistanis, Nobody gets on with Israel,

So can someone explain the different ethnic groups, the different sections of islam?
