can someone help me with my new phone? the KIN TWOm from Verizon?

so i got this phone yesterday and i already don't like it as much as i thought i would. and i have a few questions about it that just might make it a bit more likeable.

how do you forward messages? how do you see the time you sent a message? how do you download music on it? um, i think that's the biggest questions. but any hints/tips would be verrrry much appreciated. thanks!
 
If you don't like it, return this phone while you are still within the 30 day trial period.

The original Kin phones (introduced maybe 5-6 months ago) were a disaster, nobody bought them, and Verizon killed them.

Then Verizon yanked out some of the more advanced features of the Kin phones and started to resell them as the Onem and Twom.

They're decent featurephones I guess, but originally they were a lot cooler - except nobody wanted them because even though they didn't have apps (like Droid or iPhone), they cost as much to buy and to use.
