After seeing formerly healthy looking people become unhealthy looking due to a lack of adequate nutrition (whether due to drug use or other various reasons) I became curious.. Is it possible for someone to regain their previously healthy appearance after adopting a sufficient diet and lifestyle change?

It depends on the degree and duration of the deficiency. I know I looked like the dickins all Winter, and had gotten out of the habit of taking vitamins, and wasn't eating very much (no time.) I finally realized I had run out of vitamins a long time ago, and made it a point to eat a little healthier and more often, and I'm feeling and looking pretty well again.

I'm older, so if this had gone on for a really long time, say a year or more, I could have jeapordized my overall health in many ways.
