Pretty sure it is judging by the vents mounted on the left side panel. Check out newegg.com instead. They have tons of cheap cases and much more info on each one.

Hmm it doesn't seem to say that it is... Weird. But don't fear! www.newegg.com is an excellent and trustworthy site for computer parts, check out these other cases they have that are ATX type:
