Can someone tell me how the homo Heidelbergensis and homo neanderthalensis dissapear?

im doing an assignment and i cant really find a clear answer, can someone help me find it or give a link to a good website for the information?
 
When H. heidelbergensis disappeared about 400,000 years ago, in Europe, some of them may have resurfaced as H. neanderthalensis.

Neanderthals seems to have died out about 25,000 years ago, but not before some of them merged with modern H. sapiens.

they are extinct yes. And some have merged into the fabric DNA makeup of europe and asia over time, so per say` there could be some DNA traces left in the current 'homo sapiens', of couse if you really want to look back where it began in europe look up 'Homo georgicus'
