Can someone tell me how to set up my bluetooth?

STEP BY STEP??? The blue light comes on and the phone says its searching for the device but I dont know how to make it find it.
 
make sure the headset is in discovery mode. and then let ur phone discover it itll ask to pair and youll have to enter a passcode its usually 0000 so put that in once it asks u
