Can someone identify this Puerto Rican dish for me?
My boyfriends family has made this dish several times but I cannot remember the name and my boyfriend doesn't know it either...
The dish was like this:
It had stew meat ( beef cut in to squares ) cooked in tomato sauce seasoned with sofrito, adobo and sazon. It also had green peppers cut in to it.
The whole thing had a soupy consistency, and to eat it you would pour it over white rice.
Does anyone know how what the name of this dish is called?
