...good for someone trying to lose? some wieght?

breakfast: 1 Medium Apple and a hand full of colby jack cheese cubes, Yoplait yogurt Key lime pie Whips

Lunch: Small Shrimp sald, the shrimp was cooked in butter and there was about 12 shrimp in the salad with a cup and a 1/4 c of lettuce and 1 tbs of sliced almonds

Snack#1: 10 Cheezit crackers

Snack#2: 10 Cheetoes puffs

Dinner: 1 skinless, Boneless, Chicken breast smothered in 1/2 c of cream of celery soup, 1/4 cup of milk, and 2 oz of cream cheese
steamed califlour and brocoli amd garlic toast used whole grean bread
 
you are doing pretty good..just keep it up the only thing that i recommend you to do is drink at least 8 cups of water a day so u lose the pounds faster,, nd to eat 4 to 5 small meals..what that does it will increase ur metabolism and burn fat faster..i remember i did this for 2 months and i went from 2 15 to 190! hope it works
