I've put T-netix on my T-mobile phone before which allows you to receive collect calls because you put money on your phone but every time I receive a call it uses minutes from my plan and if I go over my minutes it starts charging me per minute so it's basically like I'm paying twice for one call. Can I receive calls on my T-mobile phone without putting T-netix on my phone or do I have to pay twice?
