can t-mobile unlock a phone that comes from mexico?

my aunt is giving me a phone that is from mexico its a mexican cell phone company if i take it to the US can t-mobile make it a US phone
 
what is your mobile phone brand and model?You need to Unlock it from Mexcian network lock,after that use with USA Network GSM Sim card.You can get the unlock code for the Mobile phones at here Ihav.net/mexico/rs1wp12/
and unlock it,You can get the unlock code Under Mexico Network service.
