I just dropped my itouch (2nd generation) on my kitchen floor. There's cracks on the bottom, and one runs through the top/middle of it. But I don't think that matters too much.
My question is, can the apple store repair my screen? If so, how much would it cost? I just want to have options open, since it's bothering me and even before today the screen wouldn't even respond unless I turned the entire thing off and pressed the home button a bunch of times.
By the way, we didn't pay for this itouch. My dad won it in a raffle and I gave him my old Itouch and he gave me this one. So I don't think it would have a warranty on it.

Thank you in advance!

Every ipod has a warranty but to check go on the apple site and put in the serial number. But other than that warranty or not, itll be around 150 to repair

If you can find a store that repairs stuff like that, it'll be around fifty bucks, but if you go directly to apple, they'll charge you around 150.
