can the blackberry bold 9700 be used on verizon network?

I currently have a blackberry tour and I was looking for an upgrade.. and I wanted the blackberry 9650, but was wondering if the 9700 works on the verizon network?

and I was also wonderign where I could buy cheapest, I tried amazon, couldnt really find anything.. maybe you can help? :)
