I know is "bad luck" (traditionally) for the groom to look at the bride's dress or her wearing it..
but, is it alright for the bride to go with him to chose his tuxedo??
And go for the fitings??
If not, can i offer to go with him or should i let him ask me if i want to go??

There is no tradition saying the bride cannot go with the groom to get his tuxedo, or for fittings. It's only the groom who isn't suppose to see the bride in her dress ahead of time. It really depends on personal preference. He may want you to go with him, or he may like to go with his best man. Either is fine. It shouldn't be a problem for you to ask him his preference.

oh yeah, we had brides comming in all the time with their grooms to either pick out the tux for them or to make sure that the groom didn't try and change things.

generally they come for the first fitting and the 2 days prior to make sure everything is right cause some tux stores like to mess orders up.

When I was getting married, My man went with his best man and his brothers and his father. Its mostly a man thing, If he is going alone.. Then i say WHY Not. is not bad luck.. on his side..
But if he is going to have people.. then let him surprise you.. It feels great to see your hubby in a tuxedo.. u see him standing there.. wanting for u..
Thats what my man did.. he wanted to surprise me and damn i will never forget. he look soooooo goooood.. i want to... u know what??? ha ha
best of luck

I did. He's the type who couldn't care less what he wears, so I wanted to make sure he got a nice tux. Since he rented his tuxedo from the shop where I got my dress, I saw his clothes but kicked him out when it was time for my fitting. :)
