Can the graphics in this Packard Bell IM2424 be changed easily?

I would like to know if the graphics can be changed. I know they are onboard graphics but i would like to know if you can just buy a graphics card to increase the power or do you have to replace something and would it be easy.

Yeah, very easy, i have the X2424 and took me 10 mins to change my graphics card. Make sure you find out what PCI ports you have i.e. 2x, 16x etc.
 
its easy just buy a card put it in the PCI-express port and install drivers.
