Can the Israelis airforce defeat the British Royal Airforce in a one on one?

I saw the news again today, KAPOW! KABOOOM! in downtown Gaza, and all the Hamas supporting Gazans scurrying with no where to hide from the wrath of god raining down on them. Israel airforce can really kick some a55

But how good are they really? I know they've beaten some silly Arab countries airforces but could they beat a modern airforce like the British RAF in a one to one encounter?

If the battle for instance is fought in a neutral flat country with the both sides bringing all their planes and pilots and go to the death who would win?
 
No, because despite the US supporting Israel, they would come to our defense because we are more financially and politically relevent than Israel.
