Can I use a Samsung Galaxy S as the same thing as an Itouch? I want to be able to surf the web from Wi-Fi, download games from the play store, and listen to music. Would I be able to do this with an unlocked Galaxy?

Yes, an unlocked Galaxy S can be used a an Itouch.
If you do not put SIM card, it will be itouch.
