Lol, sounds like a strange question, I like to crank the volume and my subwoofer up alot. I can feel the vibrations in the floor, and I was wondering if these strong vibrations can damage my hardrive since, well, a hard drive is very delicate when its running. Thanks.

v interesting questions. i dunno the answer but

if you're worried, you could buy isolating feets or platforms to put your computer on, that should decouple it from any mechanical vibrations from the subwoofer. (or isolate your subwoofer from the floor, or both)

though a 20hz tune played at 100db will shake things by acoustical energy alone, regardless of isolation from mechanical vibrations.

Keep it down a lil' bit, its called hard drive shock. It won't damage, but it will slow/freeze your comp. Unless it vibrates your comp off of a ledge = D
