Uh, yeah, read title.
I've been feeling sick lately, and I'm not sure what the deal is. I'm not fit, but I'm definitely not obese...leaning more on skinny.
Oh yeah, and my daily water intake is generally 5-10 glasses a day. Sometimes, my glasses of water can all be within the same hour (e.g. 2 glasses in 15 minutes; 5 in an hour; etc.)
My diet is pretty inconsistent -healthy food one day, junk food the next- but even then, I rarely feel the need to vomit, nor do I feel like something's trying to pound out or drown my heart. And yes, I'm serious...this isn't some cheesy poetic sh*t, lol.
So, umm, yeah, logical answers appreciated. Thank you.
