I'm a student in college and our school's network will not allow Diablo 2 to connect to battle.net because it is a game that works on p2p servers, unlike WOW (which works at the school because it uses a centralized server). I was wondering if Tor could solve this problem, and if so, how I get Diablo 2 to work with Tor. The school also will not allow programs such as limewire to connect to the internet, yet with the Vidalia bundle that I downloaded (that comes with Tor and Privoxy) I am able to successfully download torrent files. Is there anyway I can use these applications to get Diablo 2 to work? If not, does anyone know of another way I can get the game to work?
