Can we convert a nokia N70 to dual sim capability?

I have a nokia N70 and i would better like it to have dual sim capabilities. I have heard that we can convert it to have dual sim capability. And it will not be done in a proper nokia store, but in some local store. i Would like to know if that is possible. And if anyone has done it successfully please inform me.Thank You..
