Empirical data, laboratory studies, countless of hours of research, etc. Of course it's not perfect, but it's pretty damn conclusive and we build on our knowledge bit by bit every day, faster as our technology and methods improve.

If you choose to ignore data that are backed up consistently by tested and re-tested experiments, by scientists who have had years of education and training, you are wrong.

I'm not going to humor your beliefs anymore. I don't care about your faith. Your fantasies are interfering with society's attempts to progress. You can believe in whatever you want to believe but bringing unscientific, inconclusive crap into the school systems and government is unacceptable.

To the rational people out there: stop giving these people a soap box. Just ignore them and let them bask in their own close-minded gullibility.
I'd like to make it clear that I'm not bashing anyone for believing in God. Like I said, believe in whatever you want. I just don't want to feel the influence of your unsupported beliefs in my everyday life.

Atheists love to spend a lot of online time berating God, the Bible and believers in general. They never actually prove there is no God; they simply insist there isn't a God because they can't see or feel or touch Him, and therefore, He doesn't exist. Circular logic. And no matter what you say to an atheist, the pat response is always, "No, that isn't true," or "That's a myth," or "Well, prove it!"....And when you do provide proof, they again repeat the same mantra.

I don't see how my personal relationship with God has any affect whatsoever on society's attempts to progress. Perhaps you're trying to say that all those who believe in God are fundamental Christians? It's just not true.

Talk about closed-minded gullibility.

We should just blindingly accept this data you haven't shown, studies you haven't offered, countless hours of research you have yet to show us and we should just accept what scientists tell us as if this isn't an appeal to authority. You are correct. We should stop humoring idiots. Which is why I'm not really taking your "question" seriously.

My hat is off to you, I could not agree more. Their fantasies are interfering with society's attempts to progress, and how!!!!!!! I can't wait for the day when no one has to have her mind dulled or his curiosity stymied by all the fear and all the lies that are constantly forthcoming from religions!

The good news is that religion is dying out and that it won't last forever. Evolution itself will eventually winnow out the weak minded. Too bad it can't happen sooner, but if I have faith in anything, it is science.

I cannot say if there is no God or not, but one thing I can say is that you need to understand that religion is used to control people; that is to say that they are abusing God like they abuse thier children!

I hate such c**ts!

Good show ........except for one thing I might point out to you. --

Using the term "idiot" outside a clinical environment indicates you don't know the medical definition- mental ability and physical abilities of less than a 4 year old child - children under 4 cannot use a keyboard -- except for that child alluded to on the "computer professor" TV commercial -- "My child is only 3, and she can use the computer better than I can [giggles]"

So in the future, I would appreciate it if you would refer to our Fundamentalists as "Morons" and not "idiots". ............chagrin
