Can you add a text messaging plan to a prepaid tmobile phone?

I was wondering if you can add on text messages to a prepaid tmobile plan. For example like 400 messages for $4.99/month
or 100 messages for $9.99/month

is there anyway you can do this? because I rarely talk on my phone and dont find the need to pay $30+ a month. I only text.
