My landlord always complains he can't afford to fix something because it's too expensive, or he'll buy really cheap products. But then I see him outside and he has a brand new Lexus car. Is it because he's Arab and wants to use Americans for all that they have? Or is he a cheap, lying b@st@rd?
How do I tell him off without him flipping out?
We just had to rearrange our apartment last night because our living room, which is connected to the hallway electricity, was supposedly giving him a high electric bill ($80). And we're hardly ever in there! He was complaining that it was too high and for us to run an extension cord from our electric into the living room so he doesn't have to pay for it, even though when we moved in here he said he would pay for it and that it was fine!
