can you clear smartphone's browesing history from a computer?

i have a palm pixi and last night when i was in the shower i dropped it and the screen cracked. which really sucks cuz right before that i was looking my web browsing history and found out that my best friend had been looking at porn on MY phone. again. generally this wouldn't be such a big deal cuz i would just delete it and tell him off for it, but the touchscreen wont work. is there any way to delete it from my computer? idk if they can veiw all that stuff when they transfer your phone number to a new fone but i really dont want to take any chances with my mother catching it and me getting grounded for "looking at innappropriate images". somebody help?
 
i wouldnt let your friend use your phone agian.. and no u cant transfer history ;-/ sorry just try ot get a new phone....
