Can you download apps from your computer and sync it into your blackberry?

Just wondering because i dont have wifi (N) :( If you go on Youtube and type in Blackberry Touch 9930 you'll see some REAL LEGIT videos of the new blackberries that might come out! Any ways please help me out!
