Can You Draw on the LG Vu Touchscreen?

I just got an LG Vu, and I LOVE IT, except one thing- can you draw on the touchscreen?? My friend has the LG Dare, and you can on hers, and my other friend has the Samsung Delve, and you can on hers too. Also, I had a Palm Cento before this phone, and I could draw on that touchscreen as well. So, there are kind of two questions I'm asking-
1. Can you draw on the LG Vu touchscreen?
2. If so, where can I access it? Is there an application for it?
