can you faint from pulling a muscle?

as i was taking a shower in the morning, i dropped my Ufa so i bent down to get it and suddenly i felt a terrible pain in my inner thighs. i couldn't stand up right so i called my mo over and she tries to get me out of the shower when all of a sudden i fainted.
what could be the reason?
was it because i pulled a muscle?
