Can you flash a Blackberry Torch to T-Mobile?

My friend gave me a Blackberry Torch. I have T-Mobile as a carrier right now. I want to know if they would flash the phone over. I haven't found out yet. Thanks for the help.
 
Flashing is for CDMA phones.If you have GSM network based phone means no need to flash your phone.Unlocking is enough.For unlocking visit SuperUnlockCodes.com
