Can you get 3G service on T-Mobile's pre-paid plans?

Their $30/mo. for 1500 minutes...or $50/mo. and $70/mo. unlimited plans...Will it have 3G if you bring like an unlocked HD7?
 
I think you can. You just have to ask the company when you go in to have the phone configured.
