Can you get a blackberry from cincinnati bell thats prepaid?

i want to buy this blackberry from a friend and its cincinnati bell. I want prepaid like where you go and buy the min. cards and put the money on my account. The person im buying it from said you can get unlimited everything for fifteen every two weeks thats prepaid. I want unlimited text talk and internet service, does anyone know if this is possible to do with a blackberry and about how much it would be
