I have been too lately. Verizon had a private sale (sorry but it ended on the 30th of june.) But i ordered a droid incredible (haven't gotten it yet but thats a different story.) I had previously called the warranty center about my env touch acting up and they said i could upgrade but i would have to pay a little more for the phone that i chose and it had to be a higher up phone (example- blackberry etc.) So call and see what they tell u, sometimes different people give you different answers.
