My permit ripped and it is now difficult to read from. My license test is in three weeks and I want to have a new, more legible permit for it. Can I get one in the mail or do I have to visit a DMV in the area? Thanks for all your help!
i live in pa. too. go to the drivers license center and gety a renewal paper and fill it out and send it in to harrisburgh. i don,t know if it cost anything or not.
