Can you get in trouble for posting images of smoking marijuana on the internet?

I want to know whether or not you can get in trouble for being seen smoking weed on the internet. Like on a youtube site or something. And how?
 
if you are just posting pictures of someone else, you won't of course. But I think you're asking about someone seeing you smoking. In this case, you may get in trouble if someone who recognizes you contacts the authorities. But look at Phelps - he got caught smoking on camera and isn't facing charges. It really depends whether you're lucky to go unnoticed and if the police would want to pursue something like this.
 
Not legal trouble, no. At least, any lawyer who is not retarded could get you off with ease.

Photoshoppe says I can make a picture of ANYONE hitting a bong.
 
technically I think you can but nobody is going to charge you with the crime of smoking pot when it is all but legal

unless you have 8 gold medals and can swim really fast or are some forum of high profile then I doubt anyone would waste the time

anyway how could they prove that it is really weed, I know nobody smokes tobacco out of a bong but still, who cares if it isn't hurting anyone else then BFD
 
It seems rather stupid to advertise doing something illegal; but it isn't good evidence unless you exposed the actual green stuff. No one can prove what you are smoking.

I still wonder why you would want to do that. Are you trying to prove something and what is that? Is it that you are a stoner and want the world to know it? I gave up that occupation a long time ago when I realized how much it was hurting me.
 
I don't know about that, because I see people post pictures like that all the time on myspace.
But who knows?
If yur really worried, don't bother posting it.
 
If you claim it is marijuana that is in the picture - i.e; "look at this bifter i rolled earlier" you might end up in trouble.
