I am 16 almost 17, I am 5'8, and weigh 129lbs, I am wondering how much of everything thing I should eat a day just a rough estimate is find... And also I am trying a new diet called to Paleo diet which involves no Grain. I might be allergic to grain and I will only try this diet for 2 months if it doesn't help then I will go back to eating Grain.
Well back to my nutrition I want to know how much Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Iron, Vitamin D, Calcium and all of those things I should have a day. Also Protein, Carbs, Fat, and etc. I also really want to get taller... I am only 5'8 my dad is 6'0. I want to be 5'11 - 6'1 when I am 20.
Currenlty starting this week I have been eating eggs, an apple, and bagel - fish for breakfast. (Grain isn't out of my diet yet but it will be) For lunch I usually eat hot dogs, salad, and for dinner steak, Shushi, and full other coarse meals. So yeah I eat different things than that that's all I can think of also I have been having ensure shakes. Should I have 2 a day? They are bone growth and mucsle.
My mom is 5'4 to add... xD
Also to add what physical things can I do to increase my growth hormone and other things, Does fasting really work?
