For a Razr, you'll need to contact a service that can get you the code, and it probably won't be free. You'll also need your phone's IMEI code (they'll show you where to find it). Each phone has a unique unlock code that works for that phone only.
 
i need that and i need to know howto get the unlock screen up so i can unlock it
 
I will help to unlock the Motorola Razr V3,To unlock it from T-Mobile Network lock use the unlock code,get the unlock code from the site Prounlocking.com/motorola/rs8wp8/ and unlock it..
