Can you help me think of some careers that incorporate my interests?

I really need to decide what to study in college... I basically have three options. Please help me think of some things that incorporate them all!!

My options:
High School Chem or Spanish Teacher
Psychologist (I really want to work with kids or disable people. Preferable both.)
Medical (Onocologist, physical therapy, etc.)

I would love love love to work in a hospital with kid and do psychology.

Any way I can do all of these? Or some jobs I may not have thought of.
I just feel I like I will choose one of them and still want to do the other.
