Whenever I turn on my PC, there's this weird message that says:
Your computer has been Locked!
Your Computer got my lemon.
This is not that sour.

I can't even move the mouse or do anything. This comes out after the Welcome screen. However, when I run in safe mode this doesn't appear. Any ideas on what's going on with this? Please help. I tried to text that number but no one replied. Please don't tell me to format my PC.
