Can you mix GNC Women's Ultra Mega Active with hot liquid?

It says to mix it with cold water or preferred cold beverage, but I was wondering if it's okay to mix it with a warm beverage? D:
The reason I'm wondering, is because it says cold twice XD

Will it alter the effectiveness or something? D:
