Can you name this Karate movie??????????

Now I don't have much details because it's been like 10 years since I seen then and I only seen it one time.

But I don't know if it was a full length movie or a short movie, all I remember is it came on tv for the 1st time, not in theaters and it was on one of those MTV channels.

All I remember was it took place in either Japan or China and for the most part the movie took place at a school with all either the Chinese or Japanese students wearing school uniforms. It was gangs in the school and they all knew Karate. The main character was a guy and he was a new student that also know Karate I believe and I don't know if it was over a girl that he was interested in but immediately the gangs in the school kept fighting him, can't remember if he was winning or not and a lot of the fights were in the rain.

Not much details but do anyone have a clue on what I am referring to?

I think the title of the movie had the word HIGH in it...it took place in a high school and it came out around 2000-2001
Nooooooooooooo its not the Karate Kid lol all the people in this movie were Japanese or Chinese

Well it wasnt made that long ago. But i think it's karate kid. He wasn't fighting over the girl he was fighting the gangs so they would stop bugging him. Was the kid brown. Because jaden smith and Jackie chan play in it. He moved form Canada to china
