can you online using a motorola Q9c when you are in a wireless network area?

I have a motorola Q 9c and paying 15 dollars a month to sprint (my cellular network) is not an option for me. so i was thinking may be i could go online when i am home(where i have wirless network on for my computer)
please tell me how
