Can you put a lock on the blackberry pearl for text messages?

It drives me crazy when people go through my texts and I just recently got a Blackberry pearl, is there anyway you can put a code or a lock on it so when people look at my phone, they can't go through my texts?

Hi.There is an app "Secure My Apps" which allows you to lock your apps,personal photos text,email etc.Plus, it protects your data from accidental deletion.Additionally, you can setup unique profiles and have them automatically start at a preset time.So you can keep your work and your personal life separate.
