Can you put a t-mobile sim card in a AT&T phone?

I know you can, but is there any kind of unlocking you have to do? And will I lose any features? I want to do this with a pantech matrix
 
If you unlock it, I know a few low price websites that range from 2.99-15.99 and they work.


you also will need to add tmobile service network to use MMS and Internet

If you need to Use Your PANTECH MATRIX in other Network Sim card...you need to get it unlocked from Network lock....After unlock it ,use with T-mobile Sim card any GSM Sim card,You can get the Unlock code from here www.Simpleunlocking.com for Pantech matrix and unlock it,then you cannot lose anything in unlocking using the unlock code.
