Can you replace symbian?

I want to by new phone, and my target is Nokia 5730 XpressMusic. As OS it has symbian, but I was wondering if it is possible to replace symbian with windows mobile os?

1) it would be illegal
2) the entire phones protocols run on the original OS, changing this would cause many features to be unusable
3) It would void your warranty (and although this isnt always a big deal, its nice to have a form of insurance on a new product)
