Can you split a coaxial connection?

I want to put an internet router and a cable television box in the same room. Unfortunately, there's only one coaxial connection in that room, so I can't plug in both the router and the cable television. Is there a device or connector that you can buy to split a coaxial connection, so that you can connect two devices through one port? And if possible, can you provide a link?
