...stainless...? ...cookware vs.. a lower
grade of stainless? Such as pans that have 'copper' in the middle or on the bottom or even the less expensive stainless looking brands of pans.
Especially when something is burned and turns the pan black, How easily is it cleaned then?
I have a boyfriend who does some cooking and he IS NOT careful and also DOES NOT want to cook in hard anodized or non stick pans so he will bring home 'inexpensive' stainless pans too cook in and they get 'burned and black'.
I am considering getting him a good set for Christmas so wonder how much work it will be to keep them clean? We have an electric ceramic cooktop stove, if that makes a difference.
