Can you turn the vibrate level down on incoming txt messages on the lg voyager?

when i get a text message in class my phone vibrates really loud. is there a way i can turn the vibrate level down without turing the vibrate off?
 
If you set your ring tone tone and message tone for text to one of the preset ring tones that come on the phone, then put it on vibrate it will vibrate to the beat of the tone...you can play around with it and see which one is the softest.
