can you unlock a blackberry storm without a verision active sim card?

i have a blackberry storm that has been unlocked once and used with a t moblie sim card. now i am trying to use it with my at&t prepaid sim card. i do not have a active blackberry sim card at all anymore. is this posible to still use my sim card in this phone, if so how could i do that?
 
I know it's been done, I don't have an answer for you on how to do it, but I can lead you to the right place. check crackberry.com. the tech guys there know more about blackberrys that you'll ever possibly need to know.

PS, to everyone else that wants to say that verizon doens't use sim card: verizon does have sim cards in their global capable phones, such as the storm, storm 2, tour, bold, droid pro and yes they can be unlocked to work with other companies
 
The black berry storm from verizon is the only verizon phone that has a simcard because its global. now there global phones dont use sim cards
